With the death of beloved member Taylor Hawkins, the Grammys fell at a sad time for Foo Fighters. Due to the tragic event, the band did not perform but a special tribute happened for the Foo’s drummer. Nominated in three categories, the band swept all awards. This makes them the most winning American Band in the history of the awards show with 15 total Grammys awarded.
