U2 Announce Berlin Wall Gig
U2 has announced a performance in front of Berlin's Brandenburg Gate on November 5th. The show will be featured in the 16th MTV Europe Music Awards.
While the event will be free, fans will have to request tickets for the show. The gig is also being hyped as a prelude to the city's "Fall of the Wall" celebrations.
"It'll be an exciting spot to be in," said U2 manager Paul McGuinness. "20 years almost to the day since the wall came down. Should be fun."
Fans can get tickets through U2.com, as well as MTVEMA.com.
